Studio Director, Kate Hadfield, has definitely just gone the extra mile. An extra 168 miles in fact! Kate was part of an intrepid group of ladies calling themselves the Salford Angels as they set off on a mammoth bike trek from Salford Quays to Oxford, all in aid of raising stacks of cash for charity. Kate, pictured centre with the orange and white jacket, was one of 10 cyclists, two support vehicles, three support people and Peggy the furry WI mascot who braved the elements on the two day bike ride in an attempt to raise their 2013 target of £3000.
